2007 Queensland Junior Championships

Juniors Dec 13 to 15 2007

Q Masters will be hosting the 2007 Queensland Eight Ball Junior Championships. There are three stages to the championships. On Thursday the 13th the under 12 group will play. Friday 14th will see the under 15 group and on Saturday the 15th December 2007 will be the final stage with the under 18 group played.

A QUEENSLAND JUNIOR TEAM WILL BE SELECTED TO TRAVEL ADELAIDE IN MARCH.

 

 

 

 

 

A AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR TEAM WILL BE SELECTED TO TRAVEL ENGLAND IN JULY.

Article 18,
Junior Events General;
a) Junior players must be under 18 on the 31st December in the year preceding the World Championships
b) Junior players are not permitted to participate in both the junior and senior events. This applies to the individual and team events
c) No junior under the age of sixteen will be allowed to play at senior level.
d) A junior player may choose to play at junior or senior level in international competitions, however having once played at senior level, the player will be deemed to have relinquished his or her junior status at international level, for all future events and cannot subsequently drop down to junior level
e) Players in Junior squads must not consume alcohol during or at events and functions

 

c) Junior Event;
Each member country should enter a 7 player squad, with 5 named players in a team plus 1 (optional) named reserve from the remaining two, making a total of 6 players in each match.
Substitutes are allowed during the team matches, but once a player has been removed from the match, he / she cannot return
