HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU….dahdedah Craig!

A big birthday and a big win, congratulations.

No birthday singing for you Brent, but congratulations, runner up.

The standard of pool was awesome on Sunday.  Applause to all the players on both days.

Your points plus those of the rankers are below.  I couldn’t fit the whole table on for some reason, so that will be fixed as soon as I work out how.

Ranking Tournament no 6 to go, on August 3rd.

2008 SEQ Womens Singles

The SEQ Zone Women’s singles title results are shown below.

From these, Tanya, Sue, Sharron and Kerri C can compete for the State Women’s Singles title to be held in Townsville.

Congratulations to Tanya and Sue for playing an entertaining final.  Tanya, our heroine, played beautifully.

Sue, our comedienne, gave her a good run for her money.  “What money??”  they both cried.

Travel for pool is expensive so if you have won lotto recently or inheritted big time, all donations are gratefully received.

2008 SEQ Open Ranker 4

Wow, the 4th Open Ranker almost started on time!! Consider yourselves told, everyone: At State events you must be registered AND PAID UP by the advertised starting time.

It was a great day. I love watching Travis play – no 45 seconds for you. The longest I timed was five and a half seconds!

Good pool all round.

Next Ranker, see you BEFORE 9.30 with your money.
